Dragos Manescu is Head of Enterprise Apps at Adore Me, the New York-based intimates brand that is part of Victoria's Secret & Co.
From Bucharest, he leads the teams behind systems that run the business, after a career spanning engineering, two product stints at Adobe, and leadership of Adore Me's product organization as VP of Product and later its Customer Experience transformation.
His current passion is decision-making: how leaders combine intuition and analysis, and when each one fails and he is building his own the Decision Making OS — a system grounded in Stanford GSB decision frameworks and neuroscience.
He is a Stanford LEAD graduate, holds an MBA from HHL Leipzig, an engineering degree and is an active member of Product Makers Romania.
